I had decided back in the early summer to tackle the job of tiling my kitchen backsplash for the first time on my own. When I entered your store, Lori happily greeted me and showed me tiles I liked and eventually I narrowed it down. She figured out how much I would need, the grout I would use and referred to her staff for any answers she wasn’t sure of. The staff were helpful in showing me how to use the tile cutter, how to apply the mortar, the grout and when I had several pieces of tile that needed to be cut, I brought them in and Mr. Edissi cut them so I could finish the job.

I have received so many compliments on the job and feel proud that I did this myself with the help of all the staff. I don’t have any projects in the works but if I do I will certainly return to Twin City Tile. I will definitely recommend TCT to my friends and family.

Lori made me feel comfortable with her positive attitude and bubbly personality and returned my calls promptly with any questions I had. All stores need employees like this to succeed.
